Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP)

The Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP)is a federal funding program awarded to New York State and administered by the Office of Counter Terrorism at the NYS Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (OCT/DHSES). In order to assist local jurisdictions that have been awarded federal HSGP funds in New York State, the following guidance documents and application information have been issued.
