  • Fire Investigator certification.

F500 Project F-500 Project Encapsulator Technology Agent
This project was developed to study both laboratory and K9 reliability in detecting ignitable liquids when ignitable liquid evidence is subjected to the extinguishing additive F-500. These results are based on practical exercises developed by the NYS Office of Fire Prevention and Controls Arson Bureau.
