Chelsea Bombing Grant Program

On September 21, 2016, Governor Andrew M. Cuomo announced the creation of a state emergency grant program in response to the September 17, 2016 bombing in the Chelsea neighborhood in New York City.  The grant is designed to provide assistance to businesses and property owners, residents and employees affected by the bombing. While private insurance will cover the majority of the losses associated with the bombing, this grant will provide additional assistance for those losses not covered by insurance or other sources.

Completed applications and required supporting documentation must be received by 4:00 p.m., Friday, March 31, 2017
