Pursuant to New York State Finance Law Section 163(10)(b), the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services posts summaries of single source procurement contracts.

October 5, 2011 - Contract # C003080 - The New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services entered into a single-source contract with the New York Library Association (NYLA) for service related to increasing digital literacy required to fulfill the goals of a grant received through the U.S. Department of Commerce's National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) pursuant to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and the Broadband Data Improvement Act (BDIA).
