Volunteer Firefighter Enhanced Cancer Disability Benefits Program

On October 17, 2018, the regulations proposed by the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services relating the New York State Volunteer Firefighter Enhanced Cancer Disability Benefits Program (pdf) became final and effective upon publication of the Notice of Adoption in the New York State Register pursuant to the State Administrative Procedure Act.
