Advisory Council for Fire Prevention and Control
Established within the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES) pursuant to Executive Law § 159, the Advisory Council for Fire Prevention and Control, the Council is charged with advising the Commissioner and the State Fire Administrator.
